Who we are
This website is run by Dr. Shashank S. Yadav, Dental Implant Clinic, Daulat Nagar, Borivali East, Mumbai, 400066 (“we”, “us”). We decide why and how the details you submit on this page are used.
What we collect
When you fill in the assessment form we collect:
- Your name and phone / WhatsApp number.
- Your answer to whether you are comfortable visiting our clinic in Daulat Nagar, Borivali East.
- Your chosen budget range for implant treatment.
We do not ask for medical records, payment details or identity documents on this page. Please do not include health information in the form.
Automatically, when you visit or submit the form, we and our advertising partners may also receive your IP address, browser and device details (user agent, language, time zone, screen size), the page you came from, and advertising identifiers such as the click ID and campaign details in the link you used to reach us.
How we use it
- To contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your free implant assessment and to confirm your appointment.
- To understand whether we are a good fit for your needs, for example distance to the clinic and budget, so we can respond helpfully.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including telling advertising platforms that a visit resulted in an enquiry.
- To keep this website secure and prevent spam or misuse.
We contact you only because you asked for an assessment. We do not sell your personal details.
Who we share it with
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure our ads. To do this we send Meta an event (for example “Lead”), along with technical details and identifiers such as your IP address, browser details and cookies. Your phone number and name are converted into a scrambled code (a hash) before they are sent. Meta uses this to match the event to its own users and for its own purposes under its privacy policy.
- Hosting and technology providers who run this website (for example Vercel) and any tools we use to receive and store enquiries, only to provide those services to us.
- Authorities, if the law requires us to.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technology from Meta (such as _fbp and _fbc) to measure advertising. We also store the advertising details from the link you arrived through (for example campaign and click IDs) in your browser so an enquiry can be linked to the right ad.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use a tracker-blocking extension, or manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings. The form will still work, but we may not be able to measure that visit.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry details for as long as we need them to follow up with you, manage appointments and meet our legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will do so unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, or stop contacting you;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
These rights are available under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
